City Council

The five members that make up the City Council of Highland vote on many critical and important items in order for the city to function and improve. I encourage all residents of Highland to listen to the City Council Meeting, or view them live in Zoom, to interact and listen to your elected officials.

City Council Meetings are held every 2nd Tuesday of the month. 

Agenda & Minutes

The Agenda contains the topics of discussion the council or a committee will be having on set date. By law, the Agenda must be posted publicly 72-hours prior to the meeting. The Meeting Minutes are a clear recording of the actions taken on those items during the meeting.
